The move went splendidly--completely as planned, and exactly as you quoted and described. Scott and his crew were respectful and efficient (despite ninety degree temperatures and high humidity on both ends of the move!). I was pleasantly surprised to find that everything that took me a week to pack was on the truck in Massachusetts in 3 hours, and off the truck in Virginia 3 days later with no breakage or loss. Having never hired a professional mover before, I was a bit nervous, but you and your team put me at ease and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Gallo in the future.

The only question I had was that I thought we had already paid for the wardrobes in advance. Maybe not but I thought you had figured that in. I would recommend Gallo highly! They were all very personable and respectful and really great with our kids. My girls still talk about them! I did go to the warehouse a few times for boxes and would also like to point out Gary who was very helpful as well. We would highly recommend this company to anyone. I can't say enough about how amazing Kevin and the rest of the guys were. From the moment they got off the truck they were so personable and fun. They had a special way of calming my nerves on such a hectic day. They were so professional and took such great care of all our belongings. On the day that we were suppose to move in was a disaster in regards to closing issues but they never got frustrated as they had to wait outside the house for quite abit of time. On Monday when they arrived again after we worked out the issues, they worked so hard to get everything in the house in a timely manner. I am so happy we chose to go with Gallo and will def. recommend Gallo to any one who is embarking on the crazy journey of moving because they made it alot easier. Please tell the guys how much we appreciated their hard work. They were the best!!!!

The move went beautifully. Your men were friendly and efficient. We enjoyed their company during the process. We were extremely comfortable stepping aside and letting them do their thing. Everything ended up at the new house in beautiful condition and in the right spot. It was so nice not having to set up the beds and shelving. We were also impressed at how close we were to the estimate without going over. We definitely would have had to pay extra with the other company.

Hudson, MA We had Gallo Moving & Storage pack our personal belongings and the two individuals which did so were Jeff and Al. Both Jeff and Al were very thoughtful and considerate. They took their time and made sure everything was labeled accordingly and when they did the actual move treated my furniture etc. as if it were their own.
The home I was purchasing was not quite ready and I needed to store my belongings for an undetermined amount of time. The staff including Meg and Joe, the general manager, were very helpful and assured me that everything would be safe and secure while in their warehouse. After 30 days, I had the same movers, Jeff and Al, that moved me from the home I sold and it was comforting to see them again. Once again they were professional, courteous, and took their time while ensuring my personal belongings were not damaged and put in the appropriate rooms of the house.
I would highly recommend Gallo Moving & Storage to anyone that requires these services. They will not be disappointed at all.

Nov 2009 I am writing to thank you for the truly superior experience I have just had with your company. I have to say, it was the smoothest and most professional move I have ever experienced, which is saying a lot since I used to be a journalist with the New York Times and other publications and have moved all over the country and several times overseas with various national firms (and varying results). My worst move involved the theft of all my family silver (uninsured – I was young) and a forklift thrust through the body of my brand new fiberglass canoe. My best happened August 24 with your team led by Mike Forbes along with Tony Delgado and Tony Roman. Of the 25 or so moves I have made in the last 30 years, this crew stood head and shoulders above any other, without question.
