Bill,

If it was not for Gallo Moving & Storage our move would have been a nightmare. The worst that can happen in any move is when the original home is sold and the new home under construction is not finished on time. That is what happened to us. No place to go yet we had to move out of our original home.

You folks calmly explained that such things can happen and prepared a game plan for storing our household goods until the new home was ready for moving into. And it was not expensive. All our furniture was safely stored and promptly delivered as soon as the new home was ready. What a relief!

Again, thank you and your entire staff for taking such good care of my family.

The move went beautifully. Your men were friendly and efficient. We enjoyed their company during the process. We were extremely comfortable stepping aside and letting them do their thing. Everything ended up at the new house in beautiful condition and in the right spot. It was so nice not having to set up the beds and shelving. We were also impressed at how close we were to the estimate without going over. We definitely would have had to pay extra with the other company.

We had Gallo Moving & Storage pack our personal belongings and the two individuals which did so were Jeff and Al. Both Jeff and Al were very thoughtful and considerate. They took their time and made sure everything was labeled accordingly and when they did the actual move treated my furniture etc. as if it were their own.

The home I was purchasing was not quite ready and I needed to store my belongings for an undetermined amount of time. The staff including Meg and Joe, the general manager, were very helpful and assured me that everything would be safe and secure while in their warehouse. After 30 days, I had the same movers, Jeff and Al, that moved me from the home I sold and it was comforting to see them again. Once again they were professional, courteous, and took their time while ensuring my personal belongings were not damaged and put in the appropriate rooms of the house.

I would highly recommend Gallo Moving & Storage to anyone that requires these services. They will not be disappointed at all.

I am writing to thank you for the truly superior experience I have just had with your company. I have to say, it was the smoothest and most professional move I have ever experienced, which is saying a lot since I used to be a journalist with the New York Times and other publications and have moved all over the country and several times overseas with various national firms (and varying results). My worst move involved the theft of all my family silver (uninsured – I was young) and a forklift thrust through the body of my brand new fiberglass canoe. My best happened August 24 with your team led by Mike Forbes along with Tony Delgado and Tony Roman. Of the 25 or so moves I have made in the last 30 years, this crew stood head and shoulders above any other, without question.
